Anyone can import their DNS names, or register for an ENS domain by using Ethereum Wallets and searching for available domain names. ENS also allows the usage of second-level domain prefixes like ‘.org’ or ‘.com’. You can also register your domain as an emoji through ENS.
ENS domain names can be managed through its large ecosystem of wallets, apps, browsers or the ENS Manager App. However since there exists no central messaging system, the ENS service is managed through messages received on multiple platforms through messages or email or Twitter.
